Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages including moving logistics, temporary housing, and home-finding services
- Provide personalized guidance on Madison neighborhoods, schools, and community resources
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor relationships for seamless service delivery
- Conduct virtual and in-person property tours for relocating candidates
- Develop customized relocation timelines and action plans for each client
- Collaborate with HR departments to ensure smooth candidate onboarding
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service offerings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or housing coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of Madison, WI real estate market and community resources
- Proficiency in relocation management software and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing relocation budgets
