Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and visa processing
- Develop customized relocation plans aligned with client budgets and preferences
- Build relationships with local vendors (real estate, movers, schools) to optimize services
- Provide cultural integration support and community orientation for relocating families
- Track relocation expenses and maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout the transition
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Strong knowledge of US relocation policies and tax implications
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
