Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming employees to Houston, TX
- Provide personalized guidance on housing options, neighborhood selection, and school districts
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements accurately
- Partner with third-party vendors to ensure smooth transitions (movers, temporary housing, etc.)
- Conduct cultural orientation sessions for relocating employees and families
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
- Act as primary point of contact for all relocation-related inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or HR coordination experience
- Expert knowledge of Houston housing markets, schools, and communities
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloTracker, TRC)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
