Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for corporate transferees and their families
- Manage moving budgets, vendor partnerships, and housing search assistance
- Provide cultural orientation and community integration resources
- Process relocation expense reimbursements and documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for pre/post-move support services
- Collaborate with HR departments to ensure seamless transitions
- Track relocation metrics and optimize program efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate relocation coordination experience
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of DFW housing market and school districts
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for move coordination
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
