Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in our advanced medical-surgical unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize electronic health records (Epic) for accurate documentation
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and JCAHO standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor new nurses and nursing students
Qualifications
- BSN degree (required) with current RN license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (J-1, H-1B, or O-1)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments
