Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Utilize advanced medical equipment including telemetry monitors and infusion pumps
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff
- Adhere to JCAHO and state nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications mandatory
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligible for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
