Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, and recovery.
- Perform emergency procedures and assist in critical care situations as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff in accordance with hospital standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN, LPN, or CNA license in the U.S. or a foreign equivalent.
- Eligibility for or active Visa sponsorship (H1B, J1, O1, etc.).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (depending on specialty).
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume healthcare settings.
- High school diploma or GED with completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift patients.
