Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and document vital signs accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in triage procedures as needed.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to all infection control and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or proof of eligibility for licensure).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desired.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.
- Ability to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
