Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent foreign nursing qualification with valid NCLEX passing.
- Eligibility for US Visa sponsorship (H1B, J1, O1, or Green Card holders preferred).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
