Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care by performing assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide patient education and support to families regarding diagnoses and care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations within the clinical setting.
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the US or eligibility for licensure (CGFNS/NCLEX).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligibility for or willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processes (H1B, Green Card).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
