Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
- Monitor patient recovery progress closely and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely in strict accordance with medical protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and preventative health strategies.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
- Ensure a sterile, safe, and healing environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York or eligibility for licensure.
- Valid certifications including BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- Previous clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eligibility for US work visa sponsorship (H1B, Green Card, or equivalent).
