Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications under the supervision of licensed staff.
- Participate in the comprehensive paid training curriculum to obtain your US nursing license.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Support infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care instructions and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree).
- Current RN or LPN licensure (or eligibility to sit for the NCLEX exam in the US).
- Demonstrated proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Willingness to relocate to Tampa, Florida.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
