Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Monitor patient health status, administer medication, and record vital signs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Assistance with Daily Living: Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and nursing notes.
- Infection Control: Strictly adhere to hospital hygiene and infection prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered state license (RN or LPN) required. (No Bachelor's degree required).
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are mandatory.
- Visa Status: Eligible to work in the USA or willing to undergo visa sponsorship processes.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (or recent graduate for high-potential candidates).
- Language: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential for patient safety and communication.
- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, empathy, and the ability to work well under pressure.
