Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and oncology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Lead emergency response protocols and crisis management situations
- Participate in hospital committees and contribute to policy development
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree
- Active RN license in the United States or eligibility for compact state licensure
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute care settings
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- English proficiency demonstrated through IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+
- Documentation of education credentials through CES or ICES evaluation
- Passing score on NCLEX-RN examination
- Ability to obtain Florida state nursing license within 90 days of hire
