Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide high-quality critical care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Washington State or compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willing to undergo visa sponsorship processing.
