Your Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the best outcomes for our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Monitor patient vitals and response to treatments, escalating concerns immediately.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee or eligible for licensure by endorsement.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willing to undergo visa sponsorship process.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous nursing experience (1-3 years preferred) in a hospital or acute care setting.
