Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Teach patients and families about health conditions and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or equivalent foreign credential.
- Must be willing to undergo foreign credential evaluation for visa sponsorship.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital environment.
