Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document medical histories accurately in the EHR system.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress continuously and adjust care strategies to meet changing medical needs.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and strictly follow infection control guidelines.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical incidents with composure and expertise.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or a valid foreign license with eligibility for Visa Sponsorship.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (ICU, Med-Surg, or ER preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
