Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and wound care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and call lights.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent foreign certification.
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and CPR certification.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) required for patient safety.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care facility is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
