Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse demographic, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychological, and social needs analysis.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments following strict hospital protocols and regulatory standards (JCAHO).
- Monitor patient progress and respond immediately to changes in clinical condition.
- Document all patient interactions, care provided, and outcomes accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S. or a valid license eligible for endorsement.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship sponsorship (H1B, TN, or J1) if applicable.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to patient safety.
