Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and care provided accurately in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety and infection control regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (or equivalent foreign credentials with verification).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) required for patient interaction.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
