Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' conditions continuously and intervene promptly as necessary.
- Document patient care services in medical records in accordance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current, valid RN license in the United States (or equivalent foreign license with verification).
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Willingness and eligibility to participate in the Visa Sponsorship program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
