Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in both clinical and remote telehealth settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to critical situations promptly
- Provide patient education and support for chronic disease management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the United States or eligibility for endorsement
- BSN degree or equivalent international nursing qualification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Eligibility for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS required
