Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care using provided advanced medical equipment
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and progress in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- 1+ years acute care nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT candidates welcome)
- Proficient with provided medical technology
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
