Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Assess patient needs, administer medications, and implement care plans under the supervision of physicians.
- Monitor Patient Status: Continuously monitor vital signs and report any changes or emergencies to the nursing staff or physicians immediately.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documenting patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to code blue situations and other medical emergencies within the facility.
- Infection Control: Adhere strictly to hospital hygiene and infection prevention protocols to protect patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or eligibility for licensure (CGFNS/NCLEX).
- English Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (required for visa processing).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Relocation: Willingness and ability to relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US or hold a valid visa that allows for sponsorship.
