Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Document patient history, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patient care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (US Citizenship or Green Card/H1B status).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (New graduates with sponsorship eligibility considered).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
