Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care according to established nursing standards and hospital protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychological evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning activities.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts (or eligibility for compact license).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with relevant experience.
- Eligibility for and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processes (H1B, J1, or O-1 visa holders encouraged to apply).
- CPR/BLS Certification (ACLS and PALS preferred depending on specialty).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
