Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in clinical and community settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety regulations
- Participate in rotating flexible shift schedules
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Eligible for visa sponsorship (must meet USCIS requirements)
