Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Document patient encounters accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and maintain strict patient confidentiality
- Utilize electronic health record systems for efficient patient data management
- Provide health education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications
- Current Louisiana RN/LPN license or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- BLS/CPR certification (required) and ACLS (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
