Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient needs, developing, and implementing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, identifying changes that require immediate intervention.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, medications administered, and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all hospital policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Eligibility or willingness to undergo the immigration sponsorship process for Visa sponsorship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and make critical decisions during emergency situations.
