Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in our 24-bed medical-surgical unit
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management protocols
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligible for US licensure via NCLEX)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Must be eligible for US work visa sponsorship
