Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment procedures
- Maintain electronic health records with thorough and timely documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Missouri or ability to obtain
- BSN degree from accredited institution (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Valid BLS certification (ACLS required for specific units)
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
