Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient observations, care plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and care instructions.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
