Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings utilizing evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations and patient progress in electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and hospital protocols
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or eligible to obtain
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (TNCC preferred)
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
