Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based nursing practices
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using provided advanced medical equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Provide patient education on health management and preventive care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana or eligible for compact state reciprocity
- BSN degree required, MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligibility for U.S. visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B)
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
