Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse).
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Assist in emergency situations and ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff regarding care updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment to prevent infection and ensure safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License: Must hold a current nursing license (foreign or US-based).
- Passport Ready: Must have a valid passport and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English (written and verbal) to interact with patients and staff.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients as needed.
- Compassion: Strong empathy and dedication to patient well-being.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
