Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual patient assessments via telehealth platforms
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams remotely
- Monitor patient vitals and medication adherence through digital health tools
- Provide health education and crisis intervention via virtual channels
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation

Qualifications
- Active RN license in any US state (we assist with Arizona licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth preferred)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)

- BLS/ACLS certification (maintained throughout employment)
