Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to strict medical protocols and physician orders.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the nursing team to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff at all times.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist with critical care interventions.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license (or eligibility to obtain licensure through our paid training track).
- Passport and valid eligibility for US work visa sponsorship (H1B, Green Card, or TN Visa).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to patient safety and privacy (HIPAA compliance).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
