Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to strict safety protocols and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, pharmacists, and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain precise documentation in electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative care strategies.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to any changes in condition or medical emergencies.
Qualifications
- Active RN License in good standing (foreign licenses accepted with credential evaluation).
- BLS and ACLS Certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Nursing Degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred).
- Passion for patient advocacy and high standards of clinical excellence.
- Eligibility for U.S. Work Visa (H1B, TN, or O-1 sponsorship provided).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
