Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, progress, and reactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic patient environment.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain one via sponsorship).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Eligible to work in the United States and willing to pursue visa sponsorship if needed.
