Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, or basic JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
