Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing of technical candidates using Boolean search and social media platforms.
- Optimize job descriptions and company profiles for search engines to improve organic reach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and SEO performance.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (Part-time or Contract experience accepted).
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
