Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of technical candidates using Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for open positions, including scheduling interviews and coordinating offer processes.
- Optimize job descriptions and company career pages using SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous supply of qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job specs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts, specifically keyword research and on-page optimization for job boards.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
