Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for IT and Engineering roles.
- Optimize job descriptions and company career pages for SEO to increase organic traffic and applicant volume.
- Utilize social platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and create compelling job ads.
- Conduct market research to benchmark salary trends and competitor strategies.
- Conduct virtual and in-person screening calls with prospective candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Experience with Boolean search strings is a plus.
