Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify and engage qualified technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Workday).
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (DevOps, Engineering, QA).
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.
