Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media to identify and engage top technical talent for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and update ATS systems (Greenhouse/Workday) in real-time.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, from the initial outreach to offer negotiation.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
