Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and social media to identify and engage passive talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Manage the candidate journey, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Provide weekly reports on sourcing metrics and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or cloud technologies is a plus.
- Must reside within or be willing to commute to the Cleveland, OH area.
