Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards to identify and screen potential candidates for open technical positions.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify salary trends and hiring needs within the technology sector.
- Job Advertising: Create and optimize job descriptions and listings to maximize visibility and attract high-quality applicants.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Availability: Ability to work part-time hours with immediate availability to start.
