Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust network of technology professionals in the NYC metro area.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting (Software/IT preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in mid-to-senior level roles.
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
