Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and job boards to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements for candidates and hiring managers.
- Write compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality applicants.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to the hiring team regarding recruitment progress.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (part-time experience acceptable).
- Strong understanding of the technical recruitment process and relevant job markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
